July 2008, Mom, Lynne, Jude and I took an Alaskan Cruise on the Norwegian Sun. We decided to take Norwegian because of the free style cruising. No set dinner seatings or times etc. You just go and eat whenever and where ever. It was a week long and we had a wonderful time.
We learned a few things though about cruising. First we thought really how much time are we going to spend in our room? We might as well all 4 of us do one room and it might as well be an inside room cause all we were going to do was sleep there. Wrong.
Next cruise will have a window. For sure.
